Travel from Brussels to the coast by train in less than 2 hours. Drink beer served in stemmed glasses. Try a cherry beer or, as one waitress said, 'women's beer". Take a trip by boat from Brugge to Damme or walk or bike along the canal. Don't eat lunch so you can enjoy a dinner menu (3 or 4 course meal). Have a Kir cocktail. In July, stay up past 11 PM to view the monuments highlighted by thousands of lights. Pay for public restrooms. Wish the dollar were worth something. Travel to Wallonia and try your French. Visit historic beguinages across Belgium. Visit an Irish pub in Leuven. Enjoy a choir concert in a medieval church. Explore the coast on the coast tram. Hop off and on when you want. Visit De Haan and a Route 66 diner! Eat chocolate for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try the national dish of Belgium - Frites (aka "French fries"). Relax.

This was my favorite posting, probably because of the suggestion to eat chocolate at each meal!
CHOCOLATE is the answer. Who cares what the QUESTION is.
And eating chocolate is GOOD for you!
A little taste of chocolate with the breakfast croissant was quite the treat.
