They say change is good or is it that they say change is constant? In any case, change is change. ACS was acquired by Xerox this last week. In less than 1 year, I have transitioned from a small, mom & pop, to corporate ACS (74,000 employees) to Xerox (total with acquisition of ACS of 130,000). Hard to imagine, really. I see some good things already and hope that is a harbringer of good things to come. Will keep you posted.

Who knew that personnel issues take so much time? Some days that is all I deal with; others are personnel issue free.
